A positive experience that I have had at Bell High School, is when I went on a field trip to down town LA with photo class, to Disney Concert Hall. We learn the history about the place and who has peform there, which some were legends. Also our photo class went to different gallerias and learn about different artist photographs aswell as paintings. I have always passed by Disney Concert Hall but never had the chance to actually visit it, once you do is different its very nice and has a lot of history to it and you learn a lot. This experience thought me a lot and it was educational as well.
Another educational experience I have had at bell is when my spanish class had a project to interview someone with a past or some type of harsh time in their life. By doing this project it helped me understand and realize many people have some type of harsh experience in their life but they get through it and made them a better person. The reason I say this is because I belive that no matter what your situation is you can get through it even if its going to be harder.
A none educational experience I have had at Bell is when we take notes and notes for a certain class and then just take a 60 question test. For me, that does not help me learn the subject very well, especially when we need more group projects and more expirementing in that certain subject. So these are some of my educational and none education experience at bell.

Throughout my four years at Bell High School one of the positive experiences that i have gone through is the staff that Bell High School has that are willing to help you and motivate you to succeed in life. Many of the teachers in Bell High School take their jobs really seriously and go beyond their limits to get us to improve our education. A second positive experience i have gone through is that their are many resources at Bell High School like tutoring programs, our computer lab, school library, college center and so much more. Students who do not succeed on our campus cannot say that is is the schools fault, because all the resources are their, we just need to look for the resources we are offered. Unlike other schools they are not offered the same resources as we are. Therefor, we are very fortunate to have our teaching staff at Bell High School who really take their proffessions at heart. One of the two major negative experience at bell that i have experienced is our safety outside of the school when many of us are in extracurricular actives on our school campus. The reason of my concern is because any stranger has access to enter our campus after school. This indeed puts our lives as student in risk because we dont really know what kind of people can be in our campus. A second negative experience that i have been through is that i have felt that some of the administraters at Bell High School dont really do their job. Meaning that they dont really put any effort into making any suggestions or improvements to our school to push our schools way of functioning. the personel experience i have been through is that i feel that now that their is only about months left for us to graduate certain office staff is denying to help me out with a current problem i am going through rightnow. Its one negative experience that im going through that has made me dislike specific staff members at Bell High School. These are my experience at bell throughout my four years attending the campus.

There are so many things we learn here at bell high school, but as we know if there is good things about something than there is bad thing following it. There is so much to learn in the school and we are sometime lagging it without understanding that we are doing that for ourselves not for other. In bell high school we get to learn about new things around the world and around our community, how we can make changes to make a better tomorrow. In our school there are so many excellent teachers that try to help us to our fullest and they never give up on us, but there are some teacher who doesn’t even care about our education. But it’s not only on them but it is also on us how much interested we are in our education. If we do not care about our education then who is going to? But at some point even teachers should be involved in our education and they shouldn’t be just relaxing there and doing nothing without taking care of what they are here for. There are, so many opportunity given at bell high school and the way our teacher, teaches us make us perfect in our society. There are some student who don’t care of there education and because of that the teacher looses interest in giving education. They are just not getting that how important is there education if they get that and try to step it up than we can make our bell high school more resourceful and our community much more brighter.

My two positive learning experiences at Bell high were in Woodshop and Spanish class. First my Woodshop class because I thought it was going to be hard, but through time i realized it wasn't. I made a pencil box, picture frame, miniture furniture, and now a little race car. Through this experience I learned a skill that I thought I wouldn't be able to do. My second positive learning experience is in my Spanish class, because I learned how to speak and write proper Spainsh. Now I know I can use this learning experience for bettering my communication with Spanish speaking people. My not so good experiences at Bell High is my math and chemistry classes, because it has been hard to remember how to follow the steps and rules of how to solve the problems. Here is my opinion of my experiences at Bell High.

Theres not one school out there, in the world that is perfect. Theres not a school full of great teachers who treat every student with the greatest attitude's. Thoe there, are teachers and students who do show respect, good and positive vibes and effort.
Bell High School, is a school with not so diversity in race, but in people with all types of personalities and outlooks on life. There are good students, ok students, and bad students, same with the teachers not all teachers show as much effort with all kids, I've had 3 teachers who stand out the most in my 2yrs attending this school, they've helped me through my studies but not only school work but helping me out in life, with their kindness and understanding. I have a theory that teachers sometime forget that they too were teenagers themselves, they had their crazy ideas and style, and thats why we have grump teachers, teachers who judge and disrespect. Which there are many in BHS, who come to school with un-positive attitudes, who don't help students out and pressure students, demanding for excellence and not mediocre work. I think in general BHS needs patients and minds need to be open, and a change of thoughts.

Two positive learning experiences at Bell High School was when I came the first time to this school because I never knew about google docs and had a email adress. The other one was that some teachers help you by letting you turn in late work and can even help you with the work.

One not-so-positive experience at Bell High School was when they forced the rules eventhough you were not doing anything wrong.

One of the positive experience here at Bell High School is the support that our teachers gives us. The support is very important to us students when it comes to our grades. Just by having the after school programs and tutoring has helped us improve our grades. It has helped me pick up my grades and also help me feel better about myself. I truly believe that it makes a special impact in the schools achievements. Having all my teacher support means a lot to me and I hope I could count on them for future support.
Another positive experience in Bell High is having multicultural classes. I believe its a very positive benefit that the students have. It helps them learn other languages which can help them in a their future. It helps us learn about other countries. It also can help them get better jobs. Having this classes has helped me better my own Spanish speaking skills, and also learn about other countries and their cultures. Learning about Spanish has been a great experience. Spanish will be a plus for my future.
A not so positive thing at Bell High is the disciplinary rules. I feel that they are very stricter and some times very hard toward the students. I also feel that the way they enforce the rules isn't so good. For instance they do random searches without really knowing what they are looking for, all they do is waist time that affects the students and me. The time that it takes to search all the students its an opportunity that we could be using to learn more about new topics. This applies to me because not so long ago there was a random search and all it did was take up the hole class time. It was a complete waist of time because they didn’t find any thing. I believe that they should find a better way to impose the disciplinary actions toward us. That would make a great difference in out learning experience.

There are many positive things that happen to me here in Bell High, but there are only 2 main positive things that I am going to talk about. The first thing that happened was that I met some very good friends and teachers that I have met the passed 2 years that I been here for. The other positive thing is that most students are social around the school with other kids and also with me, and even the teachers are social especially my English teacher.

My non-positive thing that happen in Bell High is that the security people know my name real well, that's not a good sign.

My two positive learning experiences here at bell high school is playing football and my history class. The reason why playing football here at bell is one of my learning experience is because you get to learn a lot while playing football. You learn so many different positions. You even learn how to hit somebody the proper way,In my opinion that's pretty fun.In football you even get to work out, working out can prevent injuries while playing.
My other experience here at bell is my history class. There is a lot to learn about the past.I just find history so entertaining, because you can learn a lot from it.You learn how the world use to be before you were even born, and about all the problems the world has encountered over the years.
In every school there is positive and negative things that go around. One negative thing that i have encountered was when i was a ninth grader.I barley had a couple of months here at bell, Then one day after school i was on my way to the boys p.e. lockers and i saw some gang members jump some other gang members, These gang bangers were way older than the ones that got jumped. The gang bangers that went to this school were my age when i was a ninth grader.
This is one negative learning experience and two positive learning experiences that i have encountered at my time at Bell High School.

My 2 good positive learning experiences here at bell high school are that i like that i have more Hispanic teachers. I came from a white school and all my other teachers were all white I like that they are Hispanic because I get to talk to them in Spanish and they have more ways that they can explain the work and that helps me other stand more.My other good thing that happen in bell is that i meet a new friend with her I been in the goods and the bad. I don’t really like to say she is the best friend because every time I say that something goes wrong and we end up fighting and stop talking. She is really good friend. One not-so-positive experience at Bell High SchoolIs going to the attends office they don’t help you out as they need to. The only thing they do is just give you hours and they don’t even clear your attends. And if they do it takes like a week to be clear. That are my two positive learning experiences and my one not-so-positive experience at Bell High School.

One of the positive reason for learning is focus in school by getting enough hours of sleep and eating breakfast right before school. If you get enough sleep you will have a lot of energy to use and will be awake in the morning. Also, eating breakfast in the morning before you leave to school is good for focusing because you get the right amount of vitamins in your body. Another positive way of learning in school is paying attention in class and do all the work your suppose to do otherwise you wont get what you have to do and then you will be left behind on the work you have to do, and if you have a test your going to need to know everything that your teacher tought you.

One bad way of learning is not caring and just use your cell phones during class when you are suppose to be learning. This is a problem with a lot of students because they would prefer to read text messages than read at least one chapter of Malcolm X. This is all I have to say about the good and bad ways people learn these days.

Throught out my time and years at bell high I cant really remember any good expereineces that i have had or that I have. To me the good experiences that I have or that I had was that I got to meet the great new people that I know as of today, I have learned alot at bell. But mostly out of the good experiences there were more bad ones because they have accused me of robbery and other things. The most none positive experience and some what positive experience was when I got shot I was out of school for 2 months and that changed my life a lot, In the way that it was positive was that they changed me tracks temporaly and I met new people that I didnt know existed and many of them are great persons, and many people started caring more for me. I just hope that through out my years that I have left in bell something really good happens a positive experience.

One of my experiences that I went through in Bell High is getting in trouble in the boy locker room. What had happen to me was something no kid should ever do on school property tag. What had happen was I had gone in to the lockers just to change but what the little brain I have I wasn't thinking and I had a maker on me and I decided to write and I guess I wasn't slick enough and a teacher that I dislike had gotten me from the back and had me against the wall and took the marker away from me and told not to move. After that he had token me to the boys locker office and had called up the security. The security had came into the locker and then they made me show them where I had tagged then they took a picture. The security had taken me to the dean's office and had me searched they didn't find anything else then they had just talked to me and told me I was going get a ticket and had to go to court. I did not get ma ticket that same day I had to be called up because the school police was not around they finally called up like two days later to get my prize a ticket. From this experience what I had learn is that I should be messing with school or anybody else properties because their can always be consequences that have to be paid my the action maker.

Two positive experiences that I have been through here at Bell are: 1) when it was my first day her at bell and teaches and students treated me well and I appreciated those little things people did here at Bell; 2) the other positive thing I went through was when my English teacher took us to go see a play in Downtown LA. The people that went were all his English periods and not all teachers would do that. Some would just take the "better" ones. We had a good time.

I've had many positive experiences here at Bell High. But the two most important for me were short flags and the day when I received my report card and only had A's and B's (mostly A's). Short flags was a great experience, because I had lots of fun and I actually learned a lot from it, although I was only in it for a year. My other positive experience is the day when I received my report card. That semester I had actually worked very hard and therefore I ended up getting pure A's and B's. I felt proud of myself because I got what I wanted. From that experience I learned that I could get anything I want as long as I work hard for it and make an effort.

Although I've had many positive experiences at Bell, I've also had some bad experiences. For example, last year my science class was like torture. I'm pretty sure that was the worst class I've ever had. In fact it was the most boring and annoying class I've ever had here at Bell. The teacher would always give out standards in general, even if you weren't causing problems.I just had to deal with that because there wasn't anything I could do about it. That was a really bad experience.

These three years so far have been great. One of my two best experiences in school is learning a lot. Thanks to the help all of my teachers I've succeed at getting good scores on my CSTs. My second best experience is that no matter all that I've been through, and sometimes classes get boring, I always end up having fun one way or another. These 3 years have had tough times for me that haven't been so positive. One of the things is having to take Algebra 1 again in 9th grade even though I passed it in 8th grade. Another not so positive thing is that in my science class we wouldn't do any labs. Labs are one of the many ways people could learn better instead of watching boring videos and copying and answering worksheets. All the things I have been through are always going to be memories of my high school years and I hope my senior year is awesome and better than these 3 last years.

My not so good experience throughout my three years attending Bell High School would be anything involving numbers like in Chemistry class and Math class. Math would be one of my weaknesses that I have been struggling in, but Bell has given me many opportunities to overcome. Chemistry has been one of the new subjects that has been hard, because it has to do with math mixed with science.
The best experience that I had at Bell High School would be as an 11th grader, because as a junior I am taking classes that I didn’t take my freshman year and sophomore year. Spanish and Drawing are the two best classes that I learned a lot from and that I could say that are my best experiences.
I don’t draw well, and I thought that I was going to fail the class. The first talk that I had with my teacher he told me that “it’s not about drawing the best; it’s about improving your work and like what you draw”. That phrase made me not give up and continue doing my best. I currently have B and I am proud of what I have done because I learned a lot and improved by a lot. I have done a comic page that I worked hard on doing. I could say that it’s the drawing that could describe me.
Spanish is one of the classes that I look forward on going every day. That is the second good experience that has happened to me in these years at Bell School. Spanish is the class that I notice that I have improved in. I am a Spanish speaker but not so good as a writer or reader Spanish has taught me different lessons in life. One of the lessons in life is you don’t have it easy in life; you have to work hard to obtain what you want. In my Spanish class I wasn’t really good as a writer so I would stay up late trying to do my warm up and try to spell it correctly after a while I got use to it. This experience showed me that if I want something I need to work hard to get it.

Two positive experiences I've gone through here at Bell High School are: I accomplished my goals in passing all my classes getting my credits thanks to the great support that teachers give students. Students need the help and support they need to passs their classes. It's important for us to get better grades and a better GPA. They have support of the staff and teachers, if they ever need help in something educational. We have afterschool tutoring, Saturday School classes and even Adult School classes. Bell makes it easier for the students to get the education they need and of course to graduate from high school.

Another positive experience I've gone through is the help of the career center. They give me great information in colleges and universities that I could attend in the future. They also help you to get a job on your free time such as in your vactions.

One non-positive experience I've gone through here at Bell was a random check. In the 9th grade, they picked random students to do checks for any drugs, weapons or markers. I dislike the idea because why would they do random checks? Maybe they do find some things in a student that aren't allowed in campus or maybe not. To me random checks are just a waste of time for the students and the deans. Some of the rules here at Bell don't make any sense. But really, it's just my opinion.

My two positive experiences, here at Bell High school are the teachers are actually helping us for college, for example my computers teacher is always giving us advice and stuff for college. My second positive experience is that some teachers and staff are actually helpful and care about us.

My not so positive experience that some teachers, don't really teach us anything. Like they don't really wanna be doing there job. They don't explain stuff good, and expect us to do good.

These four years that I have been here attending to Bell High School have been good. I have had several good experinces here at Bell. One of the good experiences that I have had is when there was once a project that i needed to do but it was really hard for me to understand. I say this because I was taking a spanish class but I couldnt read that much in spanish it was hard for me and i couldn't write it either. But thanks to this teacher she was really pacient with me she helped me alot and now i could read and write. My second good experience is that my councelor is soo helpful helped me not get behind in classes and credits and would be checking on me to see how I'm doing. And I'm for that because I wouldn't be where I'm at right now.

One of my bad experience here at Bell was when I went to the college center and was asking for information. They had asked me what I wanted to major in and I had said peditrician, general medcine and they look at me and told me what I dont be something else just because my GPA was 2.8. That really hurt me because its like if they were telling me no you can't be that like if I'm not that smart instead of them telling me thats good or try to help me oout in wha can I do in order to be what I want to major in.

ive had more good experiences than bad experiences in this school. one of my good experiences that i had in school was for photo class when my book was one of the few to get published in class. i took pictures of graffiti because my life is literally surrounded by graffiti. Another good experience i have is that i dont have to worry about making up any classes, i already passed the CAHSEE the first try, i am 30 credits ahead which means i have 218.5 credits, and i only have to pass 3 more classes this year to graduate.

A bad experience i always had is tests and quizzes. i always fail them, the only thing that helps ,me out is the classwork i do and extra credit like right now.
